What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct support for enterprise GIS systems and advise on GIS architecture solutions
- Configure, deploy, maintain, and administer GIS commercial off-the-shelf solutions such as ESRI Field Maps and Operations Dashboard
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for GIS system hardware and software issues
- Develop and maintain system documentation, standards, and operational procedures
- Monitor system health, availability, and data integrity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of experience designing, configuring, and administering ESRI commercial off-the-shelf products, including Survey123 and Field Maps
- Minimum 2 years of experience administering an ESRI ArcGIS Online organization
- Strong experience with GIS system troubleshooting and operational support
- Ability to develop technical documentation, standards, and training materials
- Strong communication skills for reporting system status and coordinating with stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing GIS software upgrades, patches, and version tracking
- Strong organizational skills with attention to inventory management and configuration tracking
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
