SWE/LLM Superuser

Location:

Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Evaluate and improve AI model outputs in complex software engineering tasks.
ā¢ Develop and refine prompt engineering techniques, including chain-of-thought and few-shot methods.
ā¢ Build and optimize agentic systems with tool-calling loops and multi-step reasoning pipelines.
ā¢ Manage context effectively using RAG, chunking, and vector search to prevent degradation.
ā¢ Critically assess model outputs, identifying hallucinations and subtle failures.
ā¢ Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ 4+ years professional software engineering experience.
ā¢ Strong proficiency in at least two languages (Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust, etc.).
ā¢ Comfortable with APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and application logic.
ā¢ Expert command of prompt engineering and context management.
