⭐ Creative Partner — Content Creator / Visual Designer (Contract, Flexible, Remote) Contract Part-Time Remote/Hybrid Project-Based Pay + Commission Bonuses A fast-growing company in the garden & cultivation products industry is seeking a Creative Partner to help produce digital content, assist with visual design, and support brand development across multiple product lines. This is a flexible contract role ideal for a creative who wants variety, ownership, and the chance to help shape the visual identity of a brand from the ground up. If you’re reliable, creative, and want a long-term path into an expanding industry, this role could be a great fit. Responsibilities • Create clean, simple visual content for social media (images, reels, short videos) • Shoot product photos (samples provided) • Design graphics for marketing materials, retail intro kits, and product drops • Produce visual assets used in targeted digital ads • Work directly with leadership to interpret ideas and execute visual direction • Deliver consistent content on a flexible schedule Qualifications • Strong visual eye and sense of aesthetic • Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar tools • Able to turn around content quickly and reliably • Comfortable working independently • Portfolio (or examples of previous work) required • Experience in garden/grow/cannabis-adjacent niches is a plus, not required • No formal degree necessary Compensation This is a contract-based position with payment per deliverable (project pay). In addition to project-based compensation, you will also earn commission bonuses: Commission Structure You will receive 5–10% commission on wholesale revenue from first-time retail orders or store accounts that result directly from your content (ads, visuals, product showcases, etc.). When your creative work generates business, you get paid for that win.
