Position: General Liability / Professional Liability Attorney
Experience Level: 2 to 8 years (4ā8 preferred)
Location: Northern California (fully remote)
Bar: Must be barred in California
Base Salary: Around $165,000 plus bonus potential

ā¢ Handle all phases of general liability litigation including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation
ā¢ Appear in court for motions, hearings, and mediations as needed
ā¢ Draft and review legal documents, reports, and client communications
ā¢ Manage your caseload independently while collaborating with senior attorneys
ā¢ Develop litigation strategies and maintain high-quality client service standards
ā What You Will Need
ā¢ Active California Bar license
ā¢ Minimum of 2 years of experience in general liability or professional liability litigation (4ā8 preferred)
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a remote setting
ā¢ Confident courtroom presence and solid understanding of California civil procedure
Compensation and Growth
ā¢ Base salary around $165,000 depending on experience
ā¢ Performance-based bonus potential
