Provider Data Service Senior Coordinator (Remote)

Position Summary The Provider Data Service Senior Coordinator is responsible for loading new and updated provider fee schedules into the Service Code Service Rates system. Conducts thorough pre-load and post-load reviews to ensure data accuracy, policy compliance, and successful system updates. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and update provider fee schedules to support accurate claims processing and timely provider reimbursement. • Adhere to established protocols, standards, and policies to ensure efficient and compliant operations. • Utilize tools such as QuickBase, Excel, MS Access, Rate Management System, and Service Code Service Rates to complete tasks. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement new rating systems aligned with contractual agreements. • Communicate with business partners and vendors to resolve data quality issues. • Respond to audit inquiries related to fee schedule updates. • Execute assigned tasks with precision, following established techniques and procedures. Required Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a detail-oriented role. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. Preferred Qualifications • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access). • Experience with QuickBase. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to thrive in a production-driven environment. Education • High school diploma or equivalent required. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $18.50 - $35.29 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
