Whiztekcorp is seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer to support a healthcare industry client in building next-generation AI and Generative AI solutions. This role focuses on designing, prototyping, and deploying scalable GenAI systems that enhance healthcare operations, customer experience, and internal productivity.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong AI/ML fundamentals and experience building production-ready GenAI applications.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Design, develop, and deploy GenAI solutions, prototypes, PoCs, and MVPs.
ā¢ Build intelligent applications using LLMs, multi-modal AI, and agent-based systems.
ā¢ Integrate GenAI models with enterprise systems and APIs.
ā¢ Develop scalable pipelines for model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
ā¢ Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven features.
ā¢ Optimize performance, cost, and reliability of AI systems in cloud environments.
ā¢ Ensure responsible AI practices, security, and compliance standards.
ā¢ Stay updated with emerging GenAI tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
ā¢ Strong foundation in AI/ML, deep learning, and NLP concepts.
ā¢ Expertise in Python and GenAI frameworks/tools.
ā¢ Hands-on experience with:
ā¢ Hugging Face
ā¢ LangChain / LlamaIndex
ā¢ OpenAI APIs or similar LLM platforms
ā¢ Experience with deep learning frameworks:
ā¢ PyTorch
ā¢ TensorFlow / Keras
ā¢ Experience building LLM applications, RAG pipelines, or AI agents.
ā¢ Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as:
ā¢ AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker)
ā¢ Google Cloud (Vertex AI / Model Garden)
ā¢ Nvidia NIM
ā¢ Experience working with multi-modal data (text, image, audio).
ā¢ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
ā¢ Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
ā¢ Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
ā¢ Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).
ā¢ Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
ā¢ Experience building enterprise-scale AI platforms.
