Job Description:
Weŕe looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Dipatcher to coordinate garage door service calls and installation. Youĺl be the main point of contact between our technicians and customers, ensuring that each job runs smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and messages from customers
• Schedule and dispatch garage door technicians to job sites
• Track technician locations and job progress throughout the day
• Communicatee with customers about appointment times, delays, or changes
• Maintain accurate record in scheduling software
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and quotes when needed
Requirements:
• Previous dispatching or customer service experience preferred but not required. Will train
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable using scheduling software
• Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent
