**Mercor is hiring experienced Games professionals** to join an exciting collaboration with a top AI research lab. This role involves contributing to the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems designed to replicate real-world workflows across gaming, game mechanics, and hobbyist communities.
• *Key Responsibilities**

- Create and assess complex problems and tasks in gaming, including game mechanics, player strategies, and community practices

- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logical consistency, and relevance to real-world gaming experiences

- Provide clear written feedback on game-related content and problem sets
• *Ideal Qualifications**

- Deep personal or professional experience with games as a hobby or industry, including video games, tabletop games, casino games or related gaming communities

- Strong knowledge of gameplay strategies, mechanics, and consumer gaming culture

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

- Prior experience in gaming content creation, community engagement, or related fields is a plus

- **Location:** must be U.S.-based with valid work authorization

- Duration: 1–2 months

- Commitment: Part-time, ~20 hours/week (potential to extend to 40 hours/week)
