A Typical Day
A Functional QA Tester and Analyst designs and executes test plans and carries out exploratory testing and unit test development as part of a broader risk-based approach.
Responsibilities
Ā Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Ā Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Ā Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Ā Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Ā Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
Ā Monitor debugging process results
Ā Collaborating with developers and project managers
Ā Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
Ā Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Ā Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Qualifications
Ā At least 6 months of experience in Testing
Ā Fluency in English (C1 or +)
Ā Full-time availability
Ā A positive attitude and desire to improve is a must
Ā Demonstrates attention to detail, customer success focus, analytical mind, problem-solving, relationship building, and planning and organizing skills
Preferred qualifications
Ā Familiar with software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies
Ā Knowledge of Selenium, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, C# is a plus
Ā Good time-management skills
Ā Great interpersonal and communication skills
Ā Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Ā Full-time and Remote availability
