• * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, COVID-19 guidelines, and visa requirements.
• * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• * Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
• * Collaborate with travel suppliers and vendors to secure the best deals and ensure seamless travel experiences.

• * Proficiency in using online booking systems and travel tools.
