Job Title: Insurance Coverage Attorney
Salary: $150k-$170k/yr
Location: 100% work from home. Must be based in TX, OK, or NM.

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Coverage Attorney to provide expert legal advice on insurance coverage issues. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of insurance policies, property damage claims, and the ability to represent clients in litigation and mediation processes.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Analyze insurance policies and coverage terms to provide legal opinions on claims
ā¢ Assist clients with 1st party and 3rd party coverage issues
ā¢ Negotiate settlements with claim adjusters and opposing parties
ā¢ Represent clients in litigation, including trial preparation and court appearances
ā¢ Mediate disputes between policyholders and insurers
ā¢ Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
ā¢ Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting insurance coverage
Qualifications
ā¢ Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
ā¢ Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
ā¢ Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance coverage law
ā¢ Strong understanding of property damage claims and relevant legal principles
ā¢ Excellent negotiation and communication skills
ā¢ Proven experience in litigation and mediation processes
ā¢ Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
