Your job is simple: connect qualify book a consultation. There is no closing and no follow-up Once the appointment is set, your job is done. This role is ideal for someone who communicates well, follows structure, and wants high upside without long hours. What You'll Be Doing Calling leads that (we provide!) Using a Power dialer (no manual dialing) Following a proven script to qualify homeowners Scheduling consultations for licensed solar advisors Logging outcomes and moving on to the next call That's it. No pipeline management. No chasing deals. Earnings Potential This is a commission-based role with no income cap. Average system total coms is: ~$10,000 Setter compensation: 20% to 30% of total profit Typical commission per closed deal: ~$2,000 -$3,000 Average setters books 2+ appointments per day Even modest close rates can result in $6K-$10K/month Top performers consistently earn $12K+/month We have had folks from all walks of life find success in this role.
