Inventory Clerk - Day Shift

The person will support our team by completing daily inventory and receiving operations based in Provo, Utah. In this role, you’ll ensure that materials are received, the production floor is stocked, and cycle counts are completed in a timely manner to meet our customer deadlines as we work towards modernizing the dental lab process.LocationDandy Lab - Provo, Utah*training will take place at our Lehi, Utah lab location.Hours7:00 AM–3:00 PM Monday-FridayCompensation$16-18 per hour based on experienceResponsibilities:Receive materials physically and systematically, completing required system transactionsPick and stage materials accurately for live production to ensure seamless operationsPerform daily cycle counts, investigate and escalate inventory discrepanciesManage inventory in NetSuite, ensuring accurate and timely transactionsMaintain accurate on-hand recordsSupport fulfillment operations and other inventory-related tasks as neededQualifications:0–2 years of experience in inventory management, dental lab operations, distribution, production, or fulfillment.Familiarity with inventory management or order tracking systems.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with tight deadlinesStrong attention to detailComfortable working with pallet jacks and a forkliftBonus Points For:Knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems.Combined experience in inventory management, warehousing, fulfillment or productionExperience with RF-Smart scannersFamiliarity with the dental industryFor full-time positions, Dandy offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive, and inclusive benefits tailored to each country where we operate.
