Fullstack Engineer (Remote - US)

You will work across multiple applications serving veterinary professionals, internal teams, and pet owners, helping to create seamless and reliable digital experiences. Accountabilities As a Fullstack Engineer, you will: Build new backend and frontend features across multiple applications and APIs. Collaborate closely with product and design teams to define implementation plans. Improve test coverage, monitoring, and overall quality of applications. Address technical debt and contribute to long-term maintainability of systems. Communicate cross-functionally to identify technical solutions to business problems. Automate and optimize development processes to increase efficiency. Requirements The ideal candidate will have: 2–5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails. 2–5 years of experience with React or similar frontend frameworks. 2–5 years of experience with Postgres or other relational databases. Experience deploying and monitoring web applications. Strong autonomy and ownership of projects, with clear communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build consensus. Bonus points for experience with Heroku, Datadog, Netlify, SaaS platforms, remote teams, and a passion for socially responsible products.
