Certified Nursing Assistant
We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and supporting the healthcare team in delivering high-quality care. Responsibilities
ā¢ Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
ā¢ Take and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
ā¢ Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
ā¢ Observe patients' physical and mental conditions, and report any changes to the nursing staff.
ā¢ Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
ā¢ Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
ā¢ Maintain a clean and organized patient environment.
ā¢ Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
ā¢ Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
ā¢ Prior experience as a CNA or in a similar healthcare role is preferred.
ā¢ Knowledge of basic patient care principles and procedures.
ā¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
ā¢ Empathy and compassion towards patients.
ā¢ Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients.
ā¢ Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
ā¢ Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
