Full-Time Video Editor - Dental Marketing

About the RoleWe run paid advertising campaigns for dental practices across North America. We produce a high volume of ad creatives — green screen videos, UGC-style talking head ads, before/after transformations, and short-form social content — and we need a dedicated editor who can keep up with the pace and grow with us.This is not a "send you files and wait 5 days" kind of role. You'll be on calls with us regularly to go over new ideas, review edits in real time, and stay aligned on what we're producing. Communication and speed matter just as much as skill.What You'll Be DoingEditing green screen ad videos (keying, background replacement, text overlays, transitions)Cutting and polishing UGC-style talking head ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram)Creating before/after transformation videos for dental implant and cosmetic dentistry campaignsProducing short-form content optimized for Reels, TikTok, and paid socialWorking from scripts, raw footage, and creative briefs — often with fast turnaroundsJumping on video calls to review edits, discuss new concepts, and receive feedback in real timeManaging and organizing project files and assetsAs you learn our creative style and understand how our campaigns work, you'll take ownership of UGC campaigns — sourcing content, managing edits, and presenting finished creatives to the team for approval.
