Position Details

Β Salary: (35,000 - )41,000 annually, based on experience.
Β Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire.
Β Work Environment: 100% remote, with equipment provided.
What We're Looking For
Β Excellent communicators with a passion for customer service.
Β Comfortable using computers and technology in daily tasks.
Β Capable of educating customers on products and services in a professional, friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities
Β Handling inbound and outbound calls (no cold-calling).
Β Completing sales and customer enrollments.
Β Identifying opportunities to boost product sales and deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
Β High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Β At least 1 year of experience in a call center or sales role.
Β Must reside in Texas to be eligible for this position.
