⢠Demonstrating your ability to proactively address customer requests and explain terms and condition you will quickly become a top performing member of our team with opportunities to become a CSR II or CSR III.
A Day in the Role:
⢠Taking new applications and processing payments via phone.
⢠Documenting customer concerns, issues, and inquiries.
⢠Updating and changing account holder information.
⢠Basic data entry.
⢠Follow up mail & email correspondence.
⢠Perform account maintenance, including account changes, adjustments, and statement requests.
⢠Accurately explains the terms/conditions and policies/procedures relating to the account
⢠Prepares reports including CSR Daily Activity report and cash out report.
Requirements:
⢠1+ year consecutive Customer Service Experience
⢠Call Center experience is not required, but is a plus!
⢠1+ year working with a computer system
⢠Proficient data entry skills required.
⢠Positive demeanor and Customer Service Skills
⢠Strong attendance history and reliable transportation
⢠HS Diploma or GED
Work Environment
⢠Call Center Environment
⢠Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift.
⢠Dress: Business Casual (Jeans are OK! No leggings or sweatpants)
