Elementary English Language Learner (ELL) Teacher Opening – 2025–2026 School Year | Zion, IL
Blazer Jobs is actively hiring a dedicated Elementary English Language Learner (ELL) Teacher to support students in a school district located in Zion, IL.
Position Details:
• Full-time, onsite role
• Classroom-based instruction providing targeted English language development services to elementary students
• Caseload information will be provided during the district interview
Requirements:
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
• ESL endorsement or English Language Learner (ELL) certification as required by Illinois State Board of Education
• Must meet all Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) and district background check requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience teaching elementary ELL students
• Knowledge of WIDA standards and ACCESS testing protocols
• Strong skills in differentiated instruction and language acquisition strategies
• Proficiency with educational technology and language learning tools
