Full-Time Ads Manager / Media Buyer (Experienced, $50K+ Ad Spend Managed) - Contract to Hire
Looking for a full-time Ads Manager / Media Buyer who actually knows what they're doing. Company: Event Sales Agency We run ad campaigns for coaches, experts, and speakers hosting events around the world. We work with 5-10 new clients every month, and I need someone who can jump in and manage, optimize, and scale campaigns from start to finish. This isn't for someone just getting started or trying to build their portfolio. ONLY apply if you've personally managed $50,000+ in ad spend (not as an assistant). You need to know how to write copy, pick creatives, optimize performance, and scale profitably. You'll be working full-time, 12pm to 8pm EST, 40 hours a week at $10/hour. You'll own campaigns end-to-end: strategy, setup, copywriting, creative direction, optimization, reporting, the whole thing. If you're a beginner, only assisted someone else, or can't commit full-time hours, this isn't for you.
