**Responsibilities**

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
* Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Working from home in a remote position, requiring a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed and accurate information to customers
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
* Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
* Familiarity with CRM tools and software
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
