SafeLease is an insurance technology company that specializes in commercial real estate.We focus on insurance products for the self-storage industry but are rapidly expanding our suite of services. In this role, you’ll work across the entire stack building, testing, and shipping features. You'll collaborate closely with company leadership, playing a key role in solving high-impact technical challenges and shaping the future of our platform.About The RoleTo drive our mission forward, this role will:Contribute across the stack — Write clean, maintainable code across our platform with a focus on reliability, performance, and simplicityBuild customer-facing features — Collaborate with Product and Design to create intuitive, user-first functionalityTackle technical challenges — Help debug issues, improve code quality, and strengthen system reliabilityFocus on growth and learning — Take ownership of your work while being open to feedback and opportunities to grow as an engineerWork collaboratively — Participate in code reviews, planning sessions, and team discussions to build shared understanding and alignmentEmbrace iteration and improvement — Contribute ideas that help us move faster, build smarter, and work better as a teamAbout YouYou're a curious and resourceful builder who enjoys solving real-world problems through code.
