Maintain up-to-date records of contact attempts and parcel-related data in our company database
Perform work under moderate supervision, with frequent reviews to ensure sound techniques and principles
Review work produced by junior staff for quality assurance
Travel up to 50% of the time during busier periods (local and out-of-area)
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in land and right-of-way acquisition, with increasingly complex responsibilities
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, legal documents, and regulatory issues
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with work management tools (GIS, Google Earth)
