Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our core product team in Poland (remotely) to help build and scale Rho’s all-in-one commercial banking platform. This is a hands-on engineering role in a team that owns some of Rho's most critical product areas: Accounts Payable automation and money transfer details. You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver impactful features across the stack — from database design to user interface. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of professional experience as a full stack software engineer Solid understanding of backend systems and experience building APIs and distributed services Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar backend languages Strong experience with TypeScript and React for modern frontend development Knowledge of distributed systems including trade-offs made to either support higher load or lower latency within an application Experience in a start-up or enterprise within a highly technical market segment, such as AI, security, finance and blockchain, or infrastructure Nice to have Proficiency building & deploying applications with Docker and Kubernetes Experience working in a cloud computing platform like GCP or AWS Knowledge of accounting or financial software We are hiring exclusively on a full remote, B2B contract.
