Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary AI is reshaping how we build. We’re looking for a highly hands-on Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building end-to-end products, collaborating across teams, and using AI tools to accelerate development and iteration. Responsibilities Drive implementation of product features and contribute to system design decisions Translate ambiguous problems into scalable, production-ready solutions Design and build backend services, APIs, and event-driven systems Write high-quality, production-ready code across the stack Collaborate effectively with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to unblock progress and align on technical direction Make pragmatic tradeoffs across speed, scalability, and maintainability Improve reliability through testing, observability, and performance optimizations Participate actively in code reviews, both as author and reviewer Use AI tools to prototype, build, and debug more efficiently Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience 3+ years building and shipping production applications Solid fundamentals in system design and backend architecture Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Bias toward shipping quickly and learning from real user feedback Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams Experience integrating or building AI-powered systems or workflows is an asset Tech Stack Backend: Python (FastAPI), async, SQLAlchemy, Postgres Event-driven systems + Redis (Streams/PubSub) Frontend: React + TypeScript, modern stack (Vite, Tailwind, shadcn/ui), REST and GraphQL APIs State/data: TanStack Query; validation (Pydantic) Infra: Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), CI/CD (GitHub Actions), GCP Bonus Experience with RBAC / row-level security Familiarity with deep event-driven or pub/sub experience Experience building internal tools or platforms Exposure to observability and performance systems Pay Scale $100,000 - $130,000 per year The final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
