Full Stack Developer

Role: Full Stack DeveloperHours: 8am - 5pm Mountain Standard TimeHourly Wage: $10 - $15 Lago is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer with demonstrated expertise in both WordPress and Shopify platforms. This position requires a deep understanding of front-end and back-end development practices, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to deliver high-performance, scalable digital solutions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional setting and is passionate about building elegant and efficient web experiences that drive business value.Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain custom websites and e-commerce solutions using WordPress and Shopify Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc.) Customize and extend functionality through theme development, plugin customization (WordPress), and app integration (Shopify) Develop server-side logic and APIs to support dynamic functionality and data management Ensure website and application performance, security, and SEO best practices Conduct regular code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and operations, to understand requirements and deliver a solution Stay informed on evolving technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve development workflows and product outcomes Requirements Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer Hands-on experience with WordPress development (custom themes, plugins, PHP, MySQL) Proven experience with Shopify and Shopify Liquid templating, as well as app integrations and store customizations Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries such as jQuery Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems Understanding of RESTful APIs, AJAX, and cross-platform integrations Experience working with page speed optimization tools and strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote team environment Benefits Remote Work Flexibility – Work from anywhere while staying connected with a high-performing team.
