About the role We are in the midst of a large-scale digital transformation aimed at revamping to modern technologies. As part of this journey, we’re seeking exceptional Engineers to modernize legacy applications using cutting-edge technologies. Your work will directly impact our client's customer experiences and deliver measurable business results. What you'll do Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using React.js . Collaborate with solution architects to define component structures and data flows. Implement creative, elegant solutions to complex business problems. Drive coding standards, code reviews, and React development best practices. Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, backend developers, QA, and DevOps. Mentor and guide junior engineers on technical best practices and code quality. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability meet SLAs. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues proactively. Stay up to date on emerging trends and technologies in web development. Qualification Minimum of 5+ years in a development with a focus on Web Portals and customer-facing applications. 5+ years of experience with full stack technologies such as React JS, Node.JS, REST API, .NET Core & .NET Framework. Experience with Identity and Access Management integrations, such as JWT/OAuth. Prepare and maintain technical specification documentation. Prior experience in modernizing legacy applications. Work together with the Quality Assurance team to prepare test plans/test cases and define test execution methodology and perform tests. Identify and fix any defects. Experience working with agile teams and methodologies, especially in globally distributed environments. Experience across the full project lifecycle, with a development/systems background. Experience working with diverse teams across multiple countries and companies. Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
