Title: Flutter Developer Needed for Room Rental App (NiziNest) Description: We are looking for an experienced Flutter developer to build NiziNest, a room-rental app for tenants and landlords. The app will allow tenants to browse rooms, filter by location, rent, and type, view photos and amenities, contact owners, and lock/book rooms. It includes a room assistance service where tenants pay ₹1000, refundable if no room is found within 30 days, and a NiziNest Verified Rooms feature for premium listings.Landlords can add, edit, and delete room listings, upload multiple photos, set rent and deposit, and manage availability. An admin web panel will allow management of tenants, landlords, room listings, payments, and assistance requests. The backend will use Firebase, with Razorpay for payments and bolthires Maps API for room locations. UI/UX prototyping is required before development to ensure smooth navigation and a professional interface for tenants, owners, and the admin panel.
