Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Employment Paralegal with a strong background in Wage & Hour class action and PAGA matters to support attorneys handling complex employment litigation across California. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates residing in California.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support attorneys in wage & hour matters, including class actions, PAGA claims, and individual employment cases
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and correspondence
• Assist with class certification materials, damages calculations, and settlement documentation
• Manage discovery, including document collection, organization, and production
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Prepare deposition summaries, trial binders, and hearing materials
• Maintain case files and calendars; ensure compliance with court deadlines
• E-file documents in California state and federal courts

Qualifications:
• 2 to 6 years of experience as an Employment Paralegal, with a strong emphasis on Wage & Hour litigation
• Hands-on experience with class actions and/or PAGA claims required
• Strong knowledge of California Labor Code and employment procedures
• Proficiency in legal research, discovery management, and trial preparation

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$100,000 – $120,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
