Ā Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry and mathematical accuracy.

Ā Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data using journals and ledgers or computers.

Ā Debits, credits, and totals accounts in computer spreadsheets and databases using specialized accounting software.

Ā Receive, record, and bank cash, checks, and vouchers.

Ā Compile statistical, financial, accounting, or auditing reports and tables.

Ā Code documents according to company procedures.

Ā Reconcile notes and report discrepancies found in records.
Requirements
Ā Bachelor's degree in accounting or a similar field preferred.

Ā 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.

Ā Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop.

Ā Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ā Ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing.

Ā Highly organized and detail-oriented.
