Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure the accuracy of our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both corporate and public accounting, with expertise in general ledger reconciliation and double-entry bookkeeping. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a thorough understanding of debits and credits, accounts payable, and technical accounting principles.

Duties
? Maintain accurate financial records through general ledger accounting and reconciliation.
? Perform double-entry bookkeeping to ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
? Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and accurate record-keeping.
? Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights into the company's financial status.
? Collaborate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
? Utilize accounting software to streamline processes and maintain organized financial data.
? Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts based on historical data and current trends.
? Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

Qualifications
? Proven experience in full charge bookkeeping or similar role within corporate or public accounting environments.
? Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation, debits, credits, and technical accounting principles.
? Proficiency in accounting software; familiarity with popular platforms is preferred.
? Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
? Ability to prepare comprehensive financial reports that are clear and informative.
? Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
? Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and external stakeholders.
? Must be proficient in Quick Books

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
