Frontend Developer needed for squarespace dynamic form results page with charts (Google Sheets data) - Contract to Hire

I’m looking for a frontend developer to help build an instant results page for a property income calculator. After a user completes a short form, they are redirected to a results page that instantly displays personalised income estimates. This includes a monthly income range, supporting text, call-to-action buttons, and a yearly earnings chart. All calculation logic already exists in Google Sheets. You will not be building the calculator itself. Your role is to read the calculated values (via URL parameters or a simple Google Apps Script endpoint) and render them cleanly on the page. The work is primarily frontend. It involves JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and rendering a dynamic chart (for example using Chart.js or similar). The page must load quickly and display results immediately without asking the user to re-enter information. The results page design is already defined. You’ll be implementing the dynamic logic and wiring the data into the UI. This is a focused task, not a large application or long-term build.
