Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal disruption to our clients
Develop and nurture relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and provide personalized support, resulting in increased client satisfaction and loyalty
Provide accurate, concise, and appropriate responses to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services
Promote interest in arenaflex products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and contributing to revenue growth and business expansion
Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a customer-centric approach
Portray and project a positive and professional image, reflecting the values and mission of arenaflex, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment
Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences


Qualifications and Requirements

Experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships
