Frontend Developer Needed for AI SaaS Web Application
Job Description: We are building TJO Innovations LLC — a self-hosted AI medical receptionist platform for dental practices. The AI side (chatbots, SMS/phone bots, OpenAI/ElevenLabs, n8n workflows, Kolla API connectors) and all backend integrations are already complete and handled by me. I need an experienced frontend developer to create the beautiful, user-friendly web app/dashboard. Key Project Details: Multi-tenant architecture: Each dental office is a separate tenant with full data isolation (critical for patient privacy/HIPAA compliance). User Roles (only these): Office Admin: Manages subscription & billing Dentists: Views usage stats & chat logs Receptionists: Simple open chat window to interact with the AI Must-Have Features (Frontend Focus): Secure auth UI: Login/signup (email/password + Google OAuth), password reset, role-based access control (RBAC) Subscription dashboard: Display tiers ($999/month or $10,000/year), prorating, upgrades/downgrades, usage-based markups (5% surcharge on transactions) — integrate with existing Stripe backend Role-based routing & UI: Same SPA that dynamically changes layout, navigation, and components based on logged-in user’s role and office Real-time dashboard: Pull & display chat logs, patient data, metrics via existing APIs/MongoDB Modern, responsive UI: Dark mode toggle, purple-pink accent theme, typing indicators, toast notifications, clean error handling Multi-tenant frontend handling (subdomain or subpath UI patterns) Tech Stack Preferences: React (Hooks, TypeScript) Router: TanStack Router or React Router State: Zustand or Redux Toolkit Auth integration: Clerk, Supabase Auth, or custom JWT hooks Design: Responsive, accessible, mobile-friendly (Figma prototypes welcome if needed) Deliverables: Clean, well-documented code delivered via GitHub repository I will handle deployment on AWS (self-hosted setup) Must integrate seamlessly with existing stack: MongoDB, n8n webhooks, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Kolla (I manage backend connections) Requirements: Fluent English speaker with excellent communication (no language barriers) Proven experience building multi-tenant SaaS frontends with role-based UIs Strong UI/UX design skills Portfolio examples of similar React SPAs (especially SaaS dashboards or healthcare projects) Apply tot his job
