Frontend Developer
About the position
We are seeking a Frontend Developer to join our team and contribute to building modern user interfaces for our platform. In this role, you will work with our Lead Frontend Developers, Lead Architect, and UI/UX designers to implement engaging and responsive user experiences.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Implement UI designs and components according to specifications provided by UI/UX designers
,
ā¢ Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React and TypeScript
,
ā¢ Collaborate with senior team members to understand and follow the architectural vision
,
ā¢ Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
,
ā¢ Create and maintain documentation for components and features you develop
,
ā¢ Follow established testing standards and implement tests for your code
,
ā¢ Participate in code reviews to improve code quality and expand knowledge
,
ā¢ Learn and apply best practices in frontend development
,
ā¢ Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related bugs and issues
Requirements
ā¢ 4+ years of experience in frontend development
,
ā¢ Experience with React and TypeScript
,
ā¢ Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
,
ā¢ Familiarity with frontend testing approaches
,
ā¢ Understanding of state management concepts
,
ā¢ Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
,
ā¢ Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
,
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Nice-to-haves
ā¢ Experience with Material UI or similar component libraries
,
ā¢ Familiarity with Redux or Redux Toolkit
,
ā¢ Exposure to CSS-in-JS approaches or other CSS libraries
,
ā¢ Understanding of UI/UX design principles
,
ā¢ Experience writing technical documentation or component documentation
,
ā¢ Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest and Storybook
