Front office manager

The People department resolves all matters connected to the employee life cycle, from onboarding to off-boarding. Together, we have the power to build teams based on our values. Main Responsibilities Greet and assist guests, manage calls and inquiries, and support co-workers;Coordinate office resources, oversee common areas, and maintain cleanliness;Handle incoming parcels, deliveries, and sort emails;Plan and support in-house and off-site events, celebrations, and conferences;Find new and creative ways to improve our employees' wellbeing;Monitor office supplies, place orders, and troubleshoot emergencies;Ensure compliance with company policies and security requirements;Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality;Oversee internal communication to address employees' questions;Collaborate with the facilities team regarding building maintenance inquiries;Manage other assigned projects. Core Requirements Ability to work full-time on-site at our Cyber City office in Vilnius;Previous administrative work experience;A go-to person with a proactive and responsible approach;Care for people and a can-do attitude;Strong problem-solving skills;Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages (both verbal and written);That you are a fast learner and a self-organised person;The ability to remain positive and focused in a fast-paced environment;Great interpersonal and communication skills.
