You’ll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team including back-end developers, designers, and AI engineers to translate complex data and workflows into a clear, polished, and performant interface. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a knack for modern UI patterns, and a passion for engineering elegant front-end solutions that support enterprise-grade users.This is a deeply collaborative role, requiring both creative intuition and strong technical judgment. You’ll contribute to architectural decisions and help create a modular, maintainable, and extensible front-end foundation.Day to DayBuild out core UI components and user flows for a modern web app used by security-conscious professionalsTranslate wireframes and visual designs into responsive, accessible, production-ready front-end codeCollaborate with backend and AI teams to wire up live data, APIs, and edge casesCo-develop UI/UX flows with a designer — contribute ideas and feedback proactivelyShape key front-end architecture decisions around component reuse, state management, and performanceWrite clean, maintainable code with an eye toward readability, testing, and long-term scalabilityContinuously improve user experience through thoughtful iteration and usability feedback loopsWhat You Bring to the Table5+ yeas of experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Svelte)Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility best practicesAbility to collaborate effectively across design, AI, and backend teamsExperience working with design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar) and interpreting design systemsFamiliarity with front-end performance tuning, testing strategies, and build pipelinesComfort with ambiguity, evolving specs, and the fast pace of an early-stage buildExcellent communication skills — clear, constructive, and thoughtful in both written and verbal interactionsExtra CreditExperience building enterprise dashboards, policy editors, or data-heavy visualizationsFamiliarity with authentication, authorization, and secure front-end development patternsExposure to collaborative design thinking or user researchPrior work in security, AI tooling, developer platforms, or B2B SaaSAs part of Point Wild, you will:Solve real customer problems.
