Position: Frontend Engineer – AI Trainer Type: Contract Compensation: $30–$60/hr Location: Remote Duration: 10–40 hrs/week, flexible and asynchronous Requirements: (Training support will be provided) • Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) • Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, and Angular • Solid experience building complex, user-facing web applications • Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and component design • Experience reviewing, documenting, and explaining frontend code • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to break down complex frontend concepts clearly and logically • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment • Strong attention to detail when reviewing code and outputs • Collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams Preferred: • Prior experience working with AI, LLMs, or AI-powered developer tools • Background in mentoring, teaching, or curriculum development for engineers • Experience evaluating or annotating AI-generated code • Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and performance optimization • Exposure to design systems and accessibility best practices Role Responsibilities: • Create high-quality frontend coding samples and real-world scenarios for AI training • Evaluate and annotate AI-generated frontend code for accuracy, clarity, and best practices • Analyze AI performance on frontend engineering tasks and identify improvement areas • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists to refine training datasets • Maintain and update frontend best practices and coding standards used for AI training • Provide structured feedback to improve AI understanding of frontend development • Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Support continuous improvement of AI models through detailed code review and analysis Application process: (Takes 7–30 mins) • Upload resume • AI interview (camera on, skill-based questions; coding for engineers) • Submit form Apply tot his job
