Position: Evening Front Desk Agent
Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM, 7 Days a Week
Compensation: $11,00 Biweekly (Salary)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Evening Front Desk Agent to join our team at Comfort Suites University I-20. This full-time role requires a reliable individual who can manage front desk operations efficiently while providing excellent guest service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Perform end-of-shift reports and ensure a smooth handover to the next shift
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
Previous hotel front desk experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency with computers and hotel management systems (training provided)
Must be dependable, professional, and customer service-oriented
