Greet guests warmly and check them in and out efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby
Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and stocked according to company standards
Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient room turnover
Qualifications:
Experience in housekeeping
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask effectively
Detail-oriented
US work authorization
