The ideal candidate will work across the entire stack, from database design and back-end services to modern front-end interfaces, delivering high-quality software solutions end to end.ResponsibilitiesArchitect, develop, and maintain scalable full stack web applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET CoreBuild dynamic, responsive front-end experiences using JavaScript and ReactDesign and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas in Microsoft SQL ServerDevelop and consume RESTful APIs connecting front-end and back-end systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsProactively identify areas for improvement and take ownership of solutions without waiting to be askedConduct code reviews and mentor junior developersTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full stackContribute to architectural decisions and technical documentationSkills5+ years of full stack software development experienceProficiency in C# and ASP.NET (.NET Framework and .NET Core)Strong JavaScript skills with hands-on React experienceSolid experience with T-SQL and Microsoft SQL ServerExperience with RESTful API design and developmentComfort working across both front-end and back-end codebasesStrong understanding of software design patterns and best practicesAbility to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive tasks to completionExperience with VueJSFamiliarity with VB.NETExperience with source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelinesExposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)Company OverviewFragomen is a legal firm that provides crisis management, employment verification, compliance, document, and immigration services.
