We are looking for a Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Varsity Club Tucson! In this position, you will ensure every interaction with an owner or guest is a positive and memorable experience from the time they arrive on the property until they depart.

What will I be doing:
? Greets guests and owners on arrival.
? Check in/out guests.
? Generates folio and collects payments.
? Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel.
? Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information.
? Answering phones and directing calls.
? Other duties as assigned.
What are we looking for:
? Previous customer service experience.
? Cash handling experience, preferred.
? A professional demeanor.
? Basic computer skills.
? Proficient English language, both verbally and in writing.
? Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize.
