Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to become a part of our team! As a front desk associate you will serve as guests first point of contact upon arrival. If you have previous experience in customer service or you enjoy working with people we invite you to apply! Responsibilities:
Register and assign rooms to guests
Confirm phone and online reservations
Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
Collect payment from departing guests
Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or front desk service is a plus but NOT required
Ability to build rapport with guests
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
