EXPERIENCED AUDITOR

WHAT WE NEED:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
β’ Audit planning and execution for primarily nonprofit agencies, additional for-profit experience is a plus
β’ Completing reviews, compilations and other special reports
β’ Detailed peer review tested documenting of audit test work and findings
β’ Complex Bookkeeping and Accounting as needed
β’ Account reconciliations
β’ Ad hoc accounting support and report preparation
β’ Audit support
β’ Training of other staff members/interns who want experience in the audit function
β’ QuickBooks training
β’ Secure document management
β’ Client written and verbal correspondence
β’ Customer service
Necessary skills:
β’ You know how to use, and love to learn to use technology like QuickBooks Online, Auditfile, Suralink, Outlook, Word and Excel
β’ Great phone/email manners and phone/email etiquette
β’ Ability to learn new computer programs
β’ Ability to follow up and resolve client issues and act as communication liaison
β’ Familiarity with general office equipment and Microsoft Office software programs
β’ Ability to work independently AND within a team.
