Front Desk Agent
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to provide excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Check guests in and out by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing keys.
ā¢ Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
ā¢ Manage cash drawer and process payments (room charges, cash, debit, or credit).
ā¢ Keep the front desk area and lobby clean and organized.
ā¢ Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness for guests.
ā¢ Provide guests with directions and information about the property and local attractions.
ā¢ Answer guest calls, messages, and process requests or concerns.
ā¢ Run daily reports and ensure the accuracy of information.
ā¢ Assist guests with special requests and ensure their satisfaction.
ā¢ Follow all company policies, and safety procedures, and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
Requirements:
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent.
ā¢ Strong communication and customer service skills.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations.
ā¢ Proficiency in Windows operating systems and office software.
ā¢ Ability to work well with others and develop positive working relationships.
ā¢ Ability to lift to 50 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently.
