Freelance Web Designer - Luxury Skincare Brand (Mobile-First, Shopify)
About Corrective Skin: We're a woman-owned skincare company rooted in professional aesthetics and science-backed formulations. Our brand sits at the intersection of clinical credibility and luxury experience, elevated but never pretentious, sophisticated but approachable. We're growing fast and need a designer who can keep pace. The Role: We need a web designer who can take a rough idea, sometimes just a few bullet points or a verbal brainstorm, and turn it into a polished, high-converting landing page ready to go live on Shopify. This isn't a role for someone who needs detailed briefs and multiple rounds of revision. We're looking for someone with strong instincts in the beauty and luxury space who can interpret direction, make smart design decisions independently, and deliver work that's on-brand without constant oversight. Your primary focus will be designing and building landing pages for product launches, promotions, and campaigns. You'll also support occasional site updates and create web assets for email and ads as needed. You're a fit if you: • Have 2+ years designing for cosmetics, skincare, wellness, or luxury brands • Design mobile-first by default, not as an afterthought • Understand what makes eCommerce pages convert, not just look good • Work in Figma and are comfortable with rapid iteration • Take ownership of projects and meet deadlines without being chased • Have a portfolio that makes us say "yes, they get it" You're probably not a fit if you: • Need highly detailed creative briefs to get started • Primarily do print design or static social graphics • Design desktop-first and adapt for mobile later • Haven't worked in beauty, skincare, or adjacent luxury categories What You'll Work On: • Landing pages for product launches and seasonal campaigns • Homepage and collection page updates • Supporting graphics for email campaigns and paid ads • Occasional full-page redesigns as we evolve the site Details: • Part-time contractor, approximately 20-30 hours/month • $40-$50/hour based on experience • Fully remote, US time zones preferred for collaboration • Ongoing relationship with potential to grow as we scale To Apply: Email [email protected] with: • Your portfolio (link or PDF) • Two examples of landing pages you designed and built for beauty or luxury brands • A few sentences on how you approach turning a loose concept into a finished page No formal cover letter needed.
