Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Business Recruiter to build and execute against recruiting strategies, act as a talent advisor and thought leader to our client's business partners, and offer a great experience to candidates and hiring managers.ResponsibilitiesOwn the entire lifecycle of recruiting from kicking off a new search, job description development, building a robust evaluation strategy, sourcing and closing candidatesProvide a seamless recruiting process for various hiring managers, engineering teams and/or business unitsPartner with HRBPs, Finance, Talent Programs, Compensation and I&D to ensure a holistic approach to recruitingPrioritize and delegate open headcount in partnership with your managerProvide mentorship or indirect leadership on various recruiting best practicesExecute against a unique sourcing strategies to build diverse pools of candidatesQualificationsAt least 8 years of full cycle recruiting experience.2+ years of experience partnering with hiring stakeholders.Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross functional team membersA desire and aptitude in building organizations that take into account holistic team composition and long term vision.
