Tasks
What you'll doCreate and maintain high-quality technical documentation for ng-voice’s IMS solutionsEnable telco operators, system integrators, developers, and operations engineers to understand, deploy, and manage our products effectivelyCollaborate closely with engineering, product, and support teamsEnsure all technical content is accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with customer needs
Requirements
Our ideal new colleagueProduce and maintain user guides, API documentation, installation manuals, release notes, and internal technical content.Work with SMEs (subject matter experts) across engineering, product, and QA to gather information and translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation.Develop tutorials, troubleshooting guides, and configuration examples to improve customer onboarding and issue resolution.Ensure all documentation follows ng-voice’s standards for clarity, style, and structure.Contribute to internal knowledge bases and training materials.Continuously improve documentation based on user feedback, product changes, and best practices.
