Part-Time Senior Accountant
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Senior Accountant. We will require the candidate to work 20-30 hours per week from November 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025. The roles core responsibilities include overseeing the monthly close, supporting the financial audit, and setting up our
FP&A budgeting tool with the 2025 budget. To be successful as a Part-Time Senior Accountant... you should have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner.
Finance Manager Responsibilities
Primary point of contact with financial auditors
2025 budgeting process and set up FP&A budgeting tool
Monthly financial reporting and analysis
Day-to-day bookkeeping
Assist in AP and AR process
Manage inhouse and outsourced accountants, as needed
Maintain employee commission records
Research technical accounting matters
Finance Manager Requirements
2+ years of direct experience and total accounting experience of 4+ years
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Highly proficient in Excel, Netsuite, Netsuite Planning and Budgeting, and Bill.com
Experience as liaison between company and external audit firm
Experience with AR and AP process
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
