Freelance PR Professional: Wireless Carrier & Telecom Media Relations

Seeking a highly connected freelance PR professional who doesn't need to build a media list from scratch because they already have one. We are looking for someone with deep, existing relationships with journalists and editors at the trade publications that wireless carrier executives read daily, as well as mainstream business and tech reporters who cover the wireless / telecommunications industry. You aren't just sending blind pitches; you are leveraging your established network to secure coverage. You understand that great PR requires consistent outreach, honest communication, and a "sales-first" mentality. What We're Looking For • Proven Industry Access: Prior earned media results in wireless carrier trade outlets like FierceWireless, Light Reading, and RCR Wireless. • The "Rolodex": A deep and wide network of journalists and editors you have partnered with before (including contacts at WSJ, CNBC, or Bloomberg). • Collaborative Mindset: We work side-by-side, not in silos. • Remote Fluency: Ability to work remotely with flexible scheduling. • No Fluff: A transparent communication style that matches our approach. Work Details: • Location: Fully remote (any time zone welcome). • Structure: Project-based, retainer, or hourly. We'll discuss and find the best way to partner for success. • Team: Direct collaboration with our internal PR team and client teams. • Tech: We'll provision you an email and need you to conduct outreach via our email + CRM so that everything is tracked for the client.
